T-5 trouble...

My T5 has recently started to give some shifting problems. I was actually trying out the new swapped 307 and I was getting on it pretty hard on the street when all of a sudden the stick became hard to get out of 4th then it would be hard in the neutral position. I drove it home in 1st and 2nb but 3rd would not go in at all, it would not even grind it is as though theres is no 3rd. Then when I pulled up to my drive-way it just fixed it self perfect. It was shifting as smooth as ever, then again recently it did it again and 3rd is completely out but sometimes when I go from 2nd to 4th it will get stuck in 4th and I have to literally knock it out of gear then in neutral it makes a grinding noise when I lay off the clutch as though the gear is not fully disengaged. It keeps fixing it self while I drive it sometimes it goes in good then it doesnt. I dont know what is wrong at all, I know the synchros for 3rd and 4th where already bad since before the swap but would always shift.
Can anybody please tell what could I do to fix or should i just look for another one? Haudralic problem??Fuid Problem??
Any help and suggestions are appreciated.

Renzo

Sounds to me like some over-enthusiastic shifting has bent the 3-4 fork.
