Just arrived!! G Force T-5 & Pro 5.0!!

I can't believe it came in a cardboard box!! But it was packed pretty tightly and so far it looks good...no case cracks etc...

One thing I found odd though, and that's the lack of.....stickers!!!

I mean, order something from Jeg's or Summit, and they send mega stickers, but I got none with this stuff. None with the shifter either! How will I ever gain HP without them??

Install is next, just gotta find the time.... Ended up arriving just in time though, because my throwout bearing just bit the dust yesterday. I have no more adjustment left on my clutch.

Ever try to limp home, and the only gear you can find is third???

Wasn't fun at all...

Only the case and front support (the part the throwout bearing slides on) and a few other small parts are used. All shafts, synchros, upgraded gears, bearings, seals etc...are new.

So far as price, PM me and I'll be happy to let ya know. Just don't wanna post it all over the board. Always happens....someone will want to start a flame war by rudely saying I paid too much.

I'd rather not go there....

Any progress on the install i really am interested in this kit. Who needs two overdrive gears? Oh and the gear spacing of the g-force t-5 is almost identical to a zo6 vette without the .80 fifth.

I've now had the trans for a little over 2 years, and so far it's gone flawlessly.

Still shifts smooth, and now resides behind my 400 sbc, which has a tad more torque than the 305 HO did.

I've banged on it hard a few times, and would more often but I still want to get my SFC's installed that have been sitting around for 2 years.

But no probs at all....but I've yet to test it with stickies.
