I just purchased the SK 700 TransGo kit and a .500 boost valve. I already have a Vette servo installed. I did a search for a little more info on the install, but did not find much. There is quite a bit more on installing the big kit including some pics. Is it as hard as the instructions make it seem, or will it be a little clearer when I have the valve body out ? (tranny is in car) The main reason I got the kit was to fix a sticking throttle valve, and I figured since I had to drop the valve body to clean it up and unstick it I might as well put in a new one. Any help would be great, also,what is the best thing to use to clean up the vb and valves ?

 

Use solvent or mineral spirits along with blue shop towels, they have very little lint. A clean work bench, along with air (to blow off parts), drill, files or dremel, and good lighting.
