700R4 to T-56 swap questions...
I currantly have a 3.1L ( POS) with a 700R4 auto.
I am swapping out the motor with a Ramjet 350
and swapping out the auto to convert to a T-56.
I had recently bought a complete T-56 conversion
kit ( around $1,600 shipped) from a 1995 T/A.
I had looked it over, everything looks pretty good.
But I had noticed that there are like 5 plugs in the
trans. I know one of them in the back where the
tailshaft housing is a speedo sensor, but what are
the rest of them? Another would be the reverse
light switch? What's the others go to?
Any help appreciated.
