What rear end without paying a fortune?
I am currently running a 700r4 in a 91 Formula 350 with intake and exhaust completely finished (CAI, 52mm TB, Superram, slp headers, borla Catback). Im also running Nitto drag radials.
Im running stock 10 bolt rear end with 3.23 gears. I want to change to 3.73 gears and a better rear end. Eventually I plan on a 383 stroker with cam, head, etc, maybe even low HP shots of NOS. so I would like to get a rear end that would handle that. I understand the mosher (sp?) rear ends are best but I think they are like $2000. Is there anything a little cheaper that will stand up.?

theres a couple tech articles on this site on how to strengthen the 10 bolt rear ends. you could probably get it to work for you. itd be a lot cheaper than what youre talking about.
