LS1 pedals with LT1 t56?

I'm swapping out the v6 auto setup in my car and replacing it with a LT1 t56 setup. I'm trying to round up all the parts, but have one question. I've read the forums and it seems 3rd gen and 4th gen pedal assemblys can both be used but can a 4th gen LS1 pedal assembly be used or must it be a 4th gen LT1 pedal assembly. Thanks alot.

The LS1 pedals SHOULD work fine. I don't know because I haven't tried it (I used 3rd gen pedals for my swap) but there's no reason for them to be any different.
