irs....is it do able?

I hate my solid axel....Cant go fast around a corner because if theres even a tiny bump the rear end kicks out (i do have some traction issues but still it is a concern with these axels) and at some point im going to have to replace my rear end with something stronger because im planning to do a more powerful engine so im thinking why not go all out and switch to an irs??? I was wondering what about the dana 44's out of the corvettes how much fabrication would be involved to making them fit? How strong is that axel??? Has anyone put an irs in one of our cars??? Whatd they use??? Is an irs rear end capable of holding 750+ hp a possibility?

i hate posts like this. Actually they run a driving school at mosport down here and you can go earn your race license would that be acceptable for you? The question isnt my driving skill i can handle the car kicking out at speed id just rather it didnt. I will need to replace the rear end in my car with something better anyways so im considering all of my options. That being said pls no more comments not related to the topic. Does anyone have info on this sort of project being done?

not meant to be an insult, just an observation of Time vs. Money....
Good luck with it!
