stock higher stall convertor for a 700

Transmission: th2004r
stock higher stall convertor for a 700

did any cars come with a little higher stall than most with 700s? would it be ok to put a convertor from a v6 behind a 300rwhp 350 if it will fit?

Transmission: ProBuilt S/S 700-R4 & ACT 9" Stall
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.23
I've heard of it stalling a lot higher... I doubt the converter will last for **** that way though. I think you would be better off getting a used Vigilante or ACT. They can be had for 250-500 used in good condition depending on how much people want to get rid of them.
