Good place to have gear/posi installed in Richmond?

I tried posting this on my regional board, but no one has replied and it has been a while so I thought I would ask here where there is a little more traffic. Can anyone in the Richmond, VA area recommend me a shop to have my gears/posi installed? I'm considering having my transgo shift kit installed as well if time doesn't allow, and I would really appreciate recommendations on that as well please.

if you don't get a response try the yellow pages under drive line, transmission, or even a gm dealer

I will, but I would rather go to a reputable shop in my area. Not all are created equal either. I usually do all of my own work, and I really don't have any idea which shops will do a good job and which ones to stay away from. If anyone lives near the richmond area and has dealt with any shops in the area I would appreciate some advice. Thanks.
