T56 gets my vote. Probably the easiest manual swap, and easily the strognest (450+ lbs/ft.).
well my t-5 is shot, i want to stay with manuel trans,but i had a costom crossmember made for my t-5 so i could run true duels,the crossmembers bolts up just like the factory 1 but give me good ground clearance, so i need a tranny that can handle power,and bolt up to the crossmember

Have you looked into G-force?
I have a G-force T5 in my car and, so far, it has handled well over 400hp on slicks. Installing it was exactly the same as bolting in another wct5... Just one of your options.
