My car has a 700r4 transmission, and it sticks in low gears....the rpms get pretty high before it will change out. It shifts a little better if I am in drive as opposed to overdrive...but manually shifting it does not help at all. I have heard that this is a problem with these trannys, but no one seems to know what to do about it,other than putting in a new shift kit. Any suggestions?
