anyone done a 12 bolt swap?
ive checked on the complete 12 bolt rearend from Moser, and it sounds like a winner. has anyone done this swap? any major problems? costs?

i have a moser 12 bolt with richmond gears, an eaton posi, ford housing ends, the aluminum support cover, and 33 spline axles.....its awesome.....
all together including all the brake parts, it cost me about 2500 bucks.

i talked to moser, and they said i could keep drum brakes, but would have to find them from a 81 or older camaro. this would be the route i would go with for the cost factor.

if i was you, id order the rear with ford housing ends and do the same thing.....cause you wont need c clip eliminators, as your axles will be bolt in....and you'll have alot bigger axle bearings too

they told me that the 7.5 inch rear brakes wouldnt work. ill get in touch with them again and get it all straightened out. thanks for the help man
