tranny probs, please help!!!!

Ok, my car is messing up and I dont know exactly why even though I have some ideas... I replaced my pilot bearing, rear main seal, and resurfaced the flywheel, so I put everything back together and start the car and try to put it in first gear. And it wont go in... Come to find out it wont go into any gear. 1, 4 5, or reverse. So I take advice froma freind of mine who says it could be the slave cylinder. So I change that and bleed it correctly and same thing, no gears. So I am wondering if it is something else bigger. I am afraid I am going to have to take out the tranny again, which is my worst nightmare cause I have to do this on jackstands and I dont have much tools. Anyways, this is what I think might be wrong with it I just want to double check and get some second opinions....

1. Clutch in backwards
2. Throw-out bearing installed incorrectly some how
3. Master cylinder???
4. I am actually working on a honda civic and this is supposed to happen.

Please help me out guys I need transportation so I can actually drive myself to work and not take rides. Thanks in advance...

BTW, the car is a 1995 chevy camaro 3.4 v6 m5. Not car in my sig.

Your throw out bearing is probably on the fork wrong.
