Transmission Lines
I may be buying a 1987 IROC, w/ a 350 tuned port in it, for 700.00, the person that has it is saying the only problem is the rubber transmission lines busting off because the car has too much power(torque, i guess), which even if it is something worse, I know the tuned port alone is probably worth the 700.00, so please tell me what you guys think. Thanks

Rubber cooling lines won't "bust off" because of too much torque. Torque has nothing to do with it.
They "bust off" because they're rubber, probably just fuel line. Guaranteed to dissolve and burst, even with only the 5 psi or however little it is in those lines.
Buy the car; and go to the store and get a couple of 6' stick of 5/16" steel brake line, and make some correct ones.
