I have a th350 car, and I just have a custome bracket that's mounted betten the trans and tailshaft housing

Also, I was under the impression the tailshaft housing from the stock trans will bolt directly up in place of the 350's tailshaft housing(which is what Im planning on switching to.) . Unless your using th350 with a long output shaft and have had to modify/swap your driveshaft.

700r4/4L60 are the same thing, some have slight differences but that is year to year, not from the name change.

4L60E is 93 and up and is electronic\

The government made automakers put some meaning begind their transmissions.

4= speeds, L= Longitudinal(sp), 6=strength on scale of 0-9 (9 highest) 0=Gm just added it for some reason, E= electronic

Like Chryslers 46RH 4 speed, 6 strength, Rear drive, Hydraulic

Anyways, a 700-4L60 will have a TV cable sticking out of it where a 4L60E will have all electrical plugs...

well i know the trans is from a 89 impala and it has electrial prongs the motor had a quadrajet on it so is it possible to still have it run my spidomotor because the spedo is electrial it's a 92 camaro RS

for the torq arm could i just make a bracket to fit to the transmission cross member or would that put to much torq for the cross member to handel

no, you could mount it to the crossmember... Spohn sells one already made. I have one on order right now.
