1st-2nd-3rd-4th then my problem occurs

Engine: 305ci
Transmission: 700R4
1st-2nd-3rd-4th then my problem occurs
The problem happens after the 84Z28 with 700R4 transmission
shifts through all gears. What it does is totally slips/revs up and
will not engage again until the car stops and is at idle rpms.
Oh yeah forgot to add that all shifting has vibration & or shudder.
Any advice is very much appreciated.
