I recently changed my T.V. Valve in the throttle body b/c it was sticking.. Changed it with a transgo one.. Also installed the new filter that came with the kit. But, after I was done, I realized I didnt remove the old o-ring from the tranny.. I just popped up the new filter with o-ring on it..

Will any harm occur to the tranny if I continue to use it like this? I would really hate to drop the pan again to try and get it out, but if I will screw up the trans by leaving it in, I guess I'll have to. I know when i put in the new filter, it was in there tight, so I really dont think it will come out.

If I do have to remove it, will I be able to re-use the new o-ring that came with the filter, or should I purchase another one and toss the 2 old ones.???
