I think my tranny is on the way out. When the car is cold, it shifts and operates in an acceptable manner. When it gets hot though the shifts get sloppy and sometimes it shifts later on. for example, instaed of shifting at 5500rpm on the tach it shifts at 6000 for the same gear. The tach isn't accurate, but it does show it's shifting later at times.

I'm thinking it's on the way out, or is infact out. Unless it's a converter problem? But I don't think so as the Vigilante is only just over 2 years old.

I'm already in discussions with Dana at Pro-Built so I'll be getting a replacement. How easy is it to swap the trannys out?
