Vette Servo
I'm looking to get firmer shifts out of my TH700R4. i was looking to get a transgo shiftkit but am a little short on the money, so i was thinking about going with the vette servo. where can i get them, and about how much do they cost? i am looking for something i can do myself. is it a pretty easy task or am i going to need to bring it in somewhere. unless it is pretty complicated i should be able to do it.

Dana has them for like 20 bucks and it was the easiest thing I did to my automatic ever! As long as you don't get the O-rings twisted up then you will be fine. It made a very noticeable difference. It took me like 20 minutes, and I put a tranny jack under the tranny and unbolted the crossmember and lowered the tranny a little bit to gain access to the servo housing, other than that is was easy.
