Ok my tranny is almost shot because 100,000 miles and a heavy foot dont go together. I believe i have the 700-R4 in my 92 camaro RS 305 and want th turbo-350 from B&M . Anyway i know ill need a cross member from sphon and i think a flexplate . my question is what type of flex plate do i need:
20238 '86-'94 Chevrolet externally balanced SB V8 with 153 tooth ring gear & 10-3/4" b.c.
20239 '86-'94 Chevrolet ext. balanced 4.3L V6, SB V8, 168 tooth ring gear & 10-3/4" b.c. & 11-1/2" b.c.

Also what other stuff will i need? this is all new to me my dad knows alot about this stuff,but hes not 100% sure cause every car is different.

 

As long as the TH350 doesn't have a converter with a "large pattern", your current flexplate will work.

 

oh really thats cool well ill look into it.

total ENTIRE conversion kit for 700 to 350 swap. Everything needed is included (except for driveshaft.)
