Need help w/ tranny lock-up, please help!

ok here is the deal, got a 700R4 rebuilt and when i got it back the guy said to just throw positive to a certian terminal and it would lock up, that was a big negative!... I already had a TCI vacuum lock-up kit on the way in the mail at the time. When I got that it had the internal harness with it so I cracked open the pan and sure thing the harness he used was botched up so I used the one that came with that kit, which was really different from the OEM harness, they had a 2 pole 4th switch where the OEM had a single to send to the ECM i presume.. got that to lock up with no problems.... SO anyways to get to the point lock up starting doing some weirds thing so i re-opened the tranny and replaced the selinoid, for testing purposes ran it hard wire to the selinoid instead of the vacuum cause obviously i cant have the car running.... the second I hooked it up all the wireing from the battery down to the selinoid smoked BAD... SOOO i got a new wire harness from a local shop, remembered the 2 pole 4th gear switch i replaced and cant find the single switch, found my old harness and cut the connector for the tranny off and started wireing. I looked at the pin out of the ECM A7 and C7 are the 2 for the tranny, C7 is ground that comes from that 4th switch, right... so if I send a switched ground in there instead that would make the ecm think that the tranny in in 4th, right?... being that i still got that 2 pole 4th switch in there. A7 is hooked up to the ground of the selinoid and the purple is the possitive to the selinoid. Do I have this all correct? Run down real quick again....

C7 is hooked to a grounded switch so when the switch is on it sends ground to C7 simulating the 4th gear pressure switch. (blue wire, but mines green)

A7 goes to the ground side of the lock-up seliniod (tan w/ black stripe)

and (+) goes to the positive side of the selinoid (purple)

AND i possibly have the C7 and A7 wire reversed (dont think that will hurt anything)

All this should work right... WELL is seems like it should cept this time i was slightly smarter and put a fuse inline. The second i hit the switch the fuse blows... so what is up?
