I posted this same thing in the suspension board, but I thought it might have to do with my tranny.

My car will occasionally start to shake on uphill slopes. What it will do is upshift, start shaking, and the motor will bog down. If I give it more gas, it will downshift and stop shaking. It has also done this in reverse on one occasion, I floored it in reverse (I know it was stupid but I was too pissed off to care) enough to spin the tires and it started shaking again. I know this problem is either in the suspension or tranny, but I can't figure out which.

 

I had it too in reverse... never did figure it out. But, I just had my rear end rebuilt after ****ing it up... so I will take it tomorrow and test it to see if it went away.
