Car: 89 Formula 350

Engine: Forged 385 H/C/I

Transmission: 700R4-4300 Stall-lockup

Axle/Gears: BW 9 Bolt 3:70

4th gear @ WOT

I know that the 700R4 won't shift fourth at WOT. I had the GM police package upshift valve installed in my car( atleast my tranny guy told me he installed it) still doesnt upshift at WOT into 4th. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? I'm also aware that B&M makes an upshift valve to correct this problem. Has anyone had any luck with the B&M upshift valve? I kinda need to fix this problem because my car is over reving by the end of the 1/4 mile.....
