Speedo Gears for T-5
Ive been searching everywhere for several hours, and cant find any part numbers for what I need. No stores or dealers have a clue. I need speedo gears for my M39 T-5, 3.73, and 275/40/17 tires. The calculator at http://www.hanlonmotorsports.com/t5speedo.asp says I need 6/18 or 7/21. They don't make a 6 tooth drive gear do they? I thought it was just 7 and 9. Any help is greatly appreicated

7/21 sounds believable. That's the stock combo for 3.73 IIRC, i.e. whats in my car.
Search this forum for my userID and the phrase "SMUC", and learn how to calculate what you need yourself.
Can't help you with part #s. Sounds to me like you need to find a dealer with more educated people behind the counter. I don't ever have any trouble coming up with them when I need them. They definitely exist.
