You will need a kit to modify the setup for the torque arm here is what I would use

well I was correct for the thirdgen he should be driving accross this board,,,,

When i swapped from a TH-350 to a TH-400 in my 68 Firebird i needed to put a new crossmember because were the trannymount bolts up it is further back on the 400.
