Grinding noise from tranny in park or stop

I just started to hear a grinding sort of noise from the transmission area. It's like a metal to metal contact as if some teeth are constantly in contact.
It happens all the time, park, stopping at the redlight or while driving.

I recently changed the flexplate to the Jegs unit and torqued the felxplate to crank bolts to 50 NM.
Was this too low, could it be that the flexplate to crank bolts have come loose.

None of the manuals I have, Hayne, Chilton or the Service Manual list the torque specs for the flexplate to crank bolts. Would anyone have them.

Thanks Sean

Flex plate or torque converter bolts are loose?

Jim.

I think it's the flexplate bolts that are loose.
