Tranny slipping?

Car: 1984 Trans Am
Engine: 305 V-8
Transmission: t-5
Tranny slipping?
First off...I know NOTHING of transmissions. All i know is i have a 5pd manuel t-5 tranny in my car. The problem im having is...While it is in gear the gears grind, not constantly just about every 5 seconds give or take and thats in every gear except 3rd. It has no problem getting in and out of gear. I replaced the clutch thinking that might be the problem.If anyone might have any suggestions to what the problem might be please post im open to even the most vague suggestion.
