Att Bobsroc
Att Bobsroc or others Pressure Readings
Seeing as you were one of the few people to help me out with my trans pressure readings. I wanted to ask you what you think of my readings and what the probable cause is with a problem that I think I have.
I have pasted your pressure table here for reference so you can compare it to my values.
Here are my pressure readings. Note that the table on the far RIGHT was at HIGH Idle 1500RPM with TV cable pulled all the way out.
I am see that my most of my readings at idle and MIN TV are a little lower then yours by about 10PSI but look at 1st and 2nd there is a huge difference.
Something does not look right and I always felt that it had a hard time changing into 3rd from 2nd at WOT unless I backed off a little. Also from a quick test when going at min speed in 2nd then when I floor it, it does not seem to downshift into 1st like it should it just accelerates in 2nd.
What do you think?

I also forgot to ask did the 1986 transmissions that came on the camaro T700R4 have an auxiliary valve body?
A guy I was talking to asked this question as he was not 100% sure but he said that it should have one. I think it was the auxiliray valve body he was talking about?
