Where those white face gauges hard to put in? I have work on the gauges on my 84 Z28 but I have yet to do it on my 92 RS. I was just wondering if it was difficult?

Nope not diffucult at all. I spend more time logging onto the internet with a 56k moden, than it took to install the gauges. I got them from MacEwen (sp?)

-I have planed on taking the bow-ties off the front for a year, I finially got around to doing it

-I go the seat covers of ebay for $50, the guy who sells them has a website www.designcovers.com , if you want seat covers, I highly recamend them. Slightly cost more than wal-mart covers, but a hundred time better guality. Check him out.

-4th gen seats: I was talking about red/black (dark gray) in cloth not leather sorry.

-black out license plate is illegal....I only use it in pictures, not when driving.

I also plan on getting a center counsel with the red carpet on the sides.

Ya, it makes the "hump" look like it comes all the way to the top of the counsel. I stole some ideas form the Z28 for my interior. Got the delux door panels (see pic on top) I put a RS rear bumper badge on my dash (pic on my web site) leater shifer and e-brake handle, and now the carpeted center counsel.

There is a glow from the lights behind the overlay, so they are readable at night. I havent had any compliants yet about them.

What steps do you take in order to replace the the stock gauge overlays? I am just curious to see what the difference is!

I dont replace them, they are just overlays from MacEwen. You dont have to take the needle off and it just "tapes" on.

So the stock setup stays on there and you put the white face setup on top of it? If so the lite still shines threw both pieces?

Interesting, I just checked your site out! I have been wondering, can you setup a speedo that is 110 to 145 if it recalibrated or is there something else involved. When I get another engine I wanted to replace the Speedo. Plus it looks better!
