Had gears in Differential changed today and now my Speedo reads wrong!!

Changed my gears from 2.73 to 3.73 and my MPH read really high while driving. Does the computer need to adjust to the gear swap or is something else the cause??

If you have the MD8 700R4 transmission you will need the gray (15) drive gear and the blue (45) speedo gear. You will also need to replace your tires with one of the following sizes for the speedo to be accurate.

P195/75R14

P205/70R14

P215/65R15.
