Unbolt it, pump the piston by hand about 200 times while having a helper watch for air bubbles comming out of the top. Add fluid as needed. This is the only thing that worked for me.

For the t-5 and t-56 I find that works best is you just need to unbolt the slave and angle it down 45* then push the slave piston in and slowly let it out, keep doing that untell you get no bubbles. Another way to bleed the system for a t-5 setup is there is a bleeder screw on the slave that can be used, just get someone to pump the clutch peddle and hold it and do what you would do for bleading brakes.

I gravity bled my 91 RS. Open the bleeder and let it just drip. I also cupped my hand over the top of the master (with a hose) and blew pressure into the master. Just made the process a lil faster. That cured my pedal problem.

a way to cheat and do this by yourself is as follows

loosen the bleeder valve like you would when bleeding brakes
hook up a vacuume line to the bleed valve
put the other end of the vacuume line into a jar
fill the jar up with fluid enough to cover the vacuume line
go inside the car push the clutch in pull clutch out
repeat last step untill you flushed quite a bit of fluid through the slave system

also make sure you keep a eye out for the fluid level on the clutch slave

but this way you don't need someone to keep tighting and losing the valve
this way when you pull the pedal back up it CAN'T suck in air and instad sucks in a little brake fluid
