Why would you try to remove it with the speedo cable still hooked up???

its held in by a 10mm bolt and metal clip next to it.

I found that it help putting it in and out if someone pushes in the clutch.

I assume your just pulling the trans.
And just un did the 4 bolts that hold it to the bell.

You also gotta take the shifter off.

shifter is off and the drive shaft is off im pulling the engine out. but i dont wanna pull it as 1 piece 2 pieces is easier. also thats what im having trouble with is how to take it off could u be more clearer on the speedo cable. and why do i have to have someone push in the clutch the slave cylinder is already disconnected so it doesnt really matter right if someone is pushing in the clutch or not

There r 4 bolts that bolt the tranny to bell housing. Just undo them and just take the tranny off. leave the bell. You don't need to push in the cluth, it just helps.

The spedo cable is held on / down with a metal clip. that is held down with a bolt. look around the cable end for it.

you also have the torque arm off??? its next to the drive shaft. giant metal thing.

75 lbs. Get a large flat head screw driver and pry it back. Make sure you didn't miss any bolts on the top. Theirs one on the passenger side top that is a pita to take off.

Yep just jerk n pull on it. Its not that heavy. I pulled mine alone. Just sat it on my chest. Installed it the same way.

One thing though. Has or did someone else paint it???

I ask cause i caused myself a bit of trouble installing mine as. The tranny has a round lip that goes into the round hole of the bell. well 4-5 coats of paint on that part make it a bear to get it installed. As its a real tight fit.

Took me an extra days work to figure that one out.

Its a pain in the a$$, I just did it yesterday. What you need to do is push on the bell housing with your feet as far as you can. Then use a hammer and a screw driver to pry it out. Its hard but can be done
