i just recently put did a auto to manual conversion. the tranny is a bor and warner t-5. the problem is in 2nd i hear this clanking noise. i dont hear gears grinding and the car moves fine. it doesnt pulse when i get on the gas or anything. it doesnt sound normal to me. all other gears sound fine. the noise also speeds up with the car to. i dont know if its the synchros or what. clutch pedal engagement is right off the floor to and its a hydraulic clutch. does my tranny need a rebuild. or is it a easy fix. im on a real tight budget. thanx.
