Need help identifying a t-5
I am thinking about buying a t-5 from co-worker. I remember seeing a website that had all of the numbers for identifying t-5's, but I can't find it now.
Does anyone know where I can find this info?

A co-worker has a t-5 with a 26 spline input shaft from a camaro. The tag # is 1352-071 that according to website I sited above is from a 85 V-6 car. Why would a V-6 T-5 have a 26 spline input shaft? Is the reference wrong,or has the input shaft been changed? Is there a difference between a V-6 and V-8 T-5 aside from the input shaft? Is the V-8 T-5 stronger?
I am thinking of buying this trans from him if it will take the power from my 305 TPI.
Please help
