dead pusher?

i have this little project car i'm building and it is pretty much complete minus interior. it takes 3-4 people to push and when coming off a 45 degree angle say out of a trailer it will not roll on it's own. i checked the brakes and they are not locking up as when the car is lifted they roll fine. any idea what in the driveline could cause a car to be so heavy to push?

i plan on disconnecting the driveshaft in the morning to see if something in the trans is hanging up but i've never seen a car so hard to push.

it won't roll down hill? damn sure it's not in park, or in gear? think i'd make sure each wheel would spin free, make sure it wasn't in gear, pull rear cover and take a look

as i pointed out when lifted the wheels all spin freely, heavier then normal as the wheels are large but on the ground the damn thing hardly moves. just wondering if their is an adjustment on the trans that could cause something like that or the rear even though the rear was just rebuilt.

Tire psi and a bad alinement(sp) ... I push tons of cars in and out of the shop where I work and the alinement is the #one cause of a hard 2 push car ... or frozen diff lube.. I hate pushing cars

Auto or manual trans? Could just be a tight new rear end with cold lube in it....maybe? Sounds kinda weird though. Any tire rubbing?

i bet its got a high gearset, like 4.11's or higher. Ever try and push a car with 5.14's? man...talk about tough.

oh, and alignment is also a bear too,

so I'd say either one of those.
