TH350 tranny lines...use from 700r4?

I am gathering parts to swap a TH350 into my Z this summer. My car stock is a 4 speed car with a T10 so I need everything.I have most everything I need to do the swap except for tranny cooler lines. Can lines from a 700r4 car be used? They are a dime a dozen at the JY so I can pick up a set cheap.Or are all of you that swapped from a 700 to a 350 making all new lines?Do the tranny side of the 700 lines screw right into the 350's fittings if they can be used?

When I switched from my 700 to the 350, i used the stock lines. They just needed to be "tweaked" a little to work.

But the fittings bolted right in to the trans?

I finally got rid of my steel lines and use steel brainded 3/8" hose.

My original 700R4 lines were also hooked up to a TH350, TH400 and finally a powerglide. The fittings are all the same. They just need to be bent slightly to line up.

Same here. It makes removing and installing the transmission so much easier when you can connect and disconnect the lines after the transmission is lowered.
