4th gen clutch pedal assembly

I am installing a T-56 into a 87 camaro that was originally an auto, I ordered the whole clutch and brake pedal assembly from the local dealer for a 96 model Z-28, I know I'll have to trim the gas pedal off and drill the mounting holes out a little but what is the correct way to determine where I need to cut the whole for the slave cylinder? Anyone have pictures of this? I have found no information regarding this on the tech pages, thanks,

Michael
