Jerkiness under throttle.

I have been assuming this is an engine ignition problem, but after changing some sensors, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, timing, and a good collant system check, I almost think there is a problem with my clutch or throw-out bearing?.. Maybe someone could throw-out some advice my way

Accelerating in 1st and second gear is mildly rough... The engine seems a little underpowered compared to when this problem isn't occuring. Almost feels like I'm down a cylinder or two, or the timing is way off.

3rd gear and fourth gear, under 90km/h ata cruise is OK, under acceleration there is a bit of a jerky sensation... again like explained above. (Worse in 4th than 3rd)

5th gear is unbarable, unless I'm doing over 110km/h. The car shakes worse and worse with the more thorttle I give it. Like, driving with two flat tires... The car feel so unbalanced and so broken, i just don't use 5th at all. Honestly feels like a whole bank isn't firing it's so pronounced. Even at 100Km/h @ 1500RPM in 5th without hardly any throttle, it shakes bad.

The more throttle, the worse it shakes.

I've been chasing this as an ignition problem, I'm waiting on an IAC at the moment, and I'm going to return all engine specs to factory to see what happens.

Any ideas or advice? Even a link to instruction on what to do in order, to returnt he timing and IAC/TPs settings to stock would be excellent. I'm desperate and can't afford to take my baby to the shop.

Drivetrain problem or what not?
