My brother has a carbed camaro and he swapped in a transmission from something else(not sure since it was giving to him along with a car) for some reason it wont shift into OD and it has a 4 wire connector on the side of the transmission, im guessing this is the VSS and/or the lock up TC. now what would need to be done to get this tranny to be able to shift into OD?

 

It shouldn't need anything.

 

probly didnt adjust the cable perfectly to the engine...
can cause the transmission to eat itself..
If someone knows how to explain it better plz do cuz im having same prob
