T-5 hold up to a built 350?

I'm swapping an engine and transmission into my T/A right now and I have a few options. I was wondering if I should get a T5 or wait and get a WC T5. I'm hoping to get about 300hp+, basically I'd like a 350 and get exhaust, new intake, cam, porting, heads, etc. Will a T5 or WCT5 handle alot of power like that?

Thanks, that's what I thought but I wanted to double check. 6speed is tempting...

The wc t5 will last if you treat it right. I have one behind a decently powered 350 for a while now. But if I had the resources at the time I'd of gone with the T56.

A stock WC T5 is good to 300 lbs/ft per Tremec (formerly Borg/Warner). You can strengthen a T5 to take up to 500 lbs/ft. with G-Force parts. Another step up is a Superalloy conversion. Cheaper than the G-Force setup and up to the task of 400 lbs/ft. PM me if you are interested. I do these in house.
