A 9-bolt wouldn't have 3.23's.

James is correct, the 9 bolt wouldn't have 3.23 gears. Instead they would be 3.27

9 bolt gears (10 bolt) - 2.77(2.73), 3.08(3.08), 3.27(3.23), 3.45(3.42)

Correct size for 1989 rear rotors is 11.655 Dia with Aluminum single piston calpiers. No such item as a 1Le 9-bolt rear. 1989 is the only year for those brakes on a 9-bolt.
