How do I remove pedals?

I've tried searching with not the results I was looking for. I am doing an LT1 swap from my v6 T5 RS. The transmission I'm using is the original one from the LT1 which is a 460LE. I need to remove the clutch pedal at the very least, I think, and am wondering if I need to change the brake pedal as well. Is the only difference between manuals and automatics is pedal size for the brake? And since I have to take the clutch pedal off I need to know how to do it, and how to remove the whole hydraulic assembly where it attaches to the firewall. I disconnected the resivoir just by taking the hose off, but how do you take the rest apart?

Matt

I just swapped a t-5 in my 5.7 700r4 camaro. your clutch/brake pedals are one unit. The auto trans brake pedal will bolt right in. You have to get one from a donor car or GM. I don' know about the 4l60e, your going to end up with extra holes in the floor and fire wall, but the hyd assy comes out as one unit also. To get access to the master you might have to unbolt the master brake cyl. Then just loosen the u-bolt.

auto pedals would be a cleaner look. you will have to plug the hole where the master cylinder goes thru the firewall....the pedals attach to the studs on the brake booster. I have a auto pedal set left from my t-56 swap that I would sell dirt cheap....
