question

i was talking to a guy about shift kit,

and he told me to put in a automatic valve body for the tranny, is better then a shift kit


which one is better , or do they make a automatic valve body for the tranny


if they make a automatic valve body can i get the web address for it

and the web address for the shift kit, thanks chris

whoa, your blowing my mind here slow down
an automatic valve body? for an automatic? thats crazy talk..........

unless your car has a full manual valve body now (you have to shift all the gears yourself), then the guy your talking to sounds like a dink, no offense.. unless some terminology got screwed up somewhere

as to whether or not the shift kit will work is probably going to depend on whos putting it in, but the complete kit and also the servo and boost valves make it behave very nicely

so that link on ebay is a shift kit, i was going to take it to a tranny place have them put it in for me.

looks like a descent price for the kit, check with your trans shop to see how much they want to put it in.

do you know other web address that sell thems, and did feel the differents with the shift kit,,



i really dont trust ebay.

get it from probuilt he puts together a really nice kit, id give the link if I had it but atm i dont know so ill let someone else chime in

the shift kit in the pic you won't feel much difference with. it is meant as a fix for the most part. i think this is the probuilt site listed above:http://www.700r4l60e.com/

depending on where you live, most transmission parts places should have the same kit.
