I have a small problem.
When I am driving down the road my rpm's jump about 200 rpm up and down. It was only doing it at about 65 mph but now it is between 45 and 75. I think it might be the lockup solenoid but I am not sure. I would appreciate any help.

It could be something to do with the mechanical portion of the system. Could also be something in the electrical including the ecm. At this point you cant really rule out a bad tach either. Check to see that the electrical is operating the solenoid at the proper time.

You can rule out a bad tach if you can hear the engine go up and down as well. It sounds like a lockup issue to me... Does your speed change at all?
