Pull the 3/8 square plug on the passengers side and fill with a good gear oil like Red Line or Lakewood BFL should take around 2 bottles depending on your cover fill it until the oil just begins to come back out of the fill hole. Also make sure the car is as close to ride height level as possible when you do this to ensure an accurate fill. If you use the RedLine or Lakewood BFL with the limited slip additive there is nothing else to do if you are using a standard gear oil you will need to add limited slip friction additive before you begin filling up with the gear oil..

If the rear end is really low on oil or you are changing it, after you fill it back up, take it for a ride, and then recheck the level. I had to add some (not much).
