Fellow Powertrax owners,I've got a ?

Heys guys,I've got one for ya. Some friends and I were out racing tonight and I ran into a strange problem, when I went to take off I had only one tire fire because my locker didn`t full lock. I was told by one of the guys there that when I backed up to run I didn't pull forward far enough to get the locker to lock up again. Is this true or is my locker taking a dump? When I tried to run again everything was fine.2 wheel peel again, can any body chime in with some advice?

It should have locked up right away. What one are you using?

i haven't encountered that problem with mine, and i had one of the main springs snap in mine. i haven't had it in for a while, but while it was in, as long as i was going straight, it was locked.

If you were just coming out of a turn, especially while backing, it's real easy to turn the wheel and not even realize it. It's possible the unit didn't have enough room to lock up again. That's happened to me before. Mine has over 20K miles on it now, with no troubles.

I think that was the case as far as me backing up, I guess i`ll be more careful next time.
