Transam rearend - Camaro driveshaft
Still haven't fixed my MAIN problem

(if anyone has ideas, please post)
but I almost forgot to ask about another thing before the car died. Two questions:
1) Thirdgen Transam's, those that came with rear disc brakes. What kind of rear end is it, is it the same rear end ratio as the Camaro RS with the drum brakes ?
2) 4th Gen Camaro's, did they all come with aluminum driveshaft ? Including the V6 models ? I did see one with drum brake rear end, was wondering about the driveshaft.

Firebirds & Camaros are the same underneath, so the rears will swap. Most 4th gens have aluminum driveshafts, a quick check with magnet will tell.
