Took my car to the track for test and tune on Friady and sadly my tranny appears to have taken a puke. I will take the trans pan off and take a look at what I see and will probably find some material in there. If I leave it in 3rd gear in will shift through the gears but no OD, now If I manually shift it , it won't go into second but will into 3rd and again no OD either. Oh almost forgot , MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thanks , I'm hoping it's something like a tv cable that needs adjustment but I highly doubt it.

 

maybe, but it sounds more like a 2/4 band going out or gone.

 

Ok, the adjusted the cable and pulled the bracket closer to the carb throttle lever . Now the cars is shifting fine and into 4th if left in OD but still If I manually shift it it won't shift into 2nd
