Are you talking about a Camaro T-5, Ford T-5, S-10 T-5.....not enough info here. When you say:
will the torque arm mount correctly without any parts?
do you mean no provisions for the bracket to bolt to the trans, or you're simply missing the bracket? No way to tell what you have from here. Got pics?

duh, my bad. ok i have an auto, it recently broke, but everything was hooked up before and working fine. i bought a t5 wc from an 88 305 camaro. i know the torque arm goes to a torque arm mount which goes to the tranny. a torque arm mount was not included with this tranny. will i be able to use the torque arm mount that is on the car already, or is it different for the manual trannies. sorry about being vague, im usually pretty good at explaining myself.

by the way its an 86z28 that came with a 305/700r4 at first.

Different part numbers between manual and auto. Check the following:

Torque arm outer (85-90 W/M39) (86 W/MC4) (87-90 W/MK6), 10034259.
Torque arm inner, 10034261.
Nut, 11502812
Washer 9439513
Bolt, 11500930
Bolt, 11504745

You might check with GM.

but can you make it work? im not talking about the actual torque arm, just the mount.

The above part #'s are for the inner and outer torque arm bracket/mount for a manual trans (It's kind of a clam shell affair). The part #'s for manuel and auto are different, so my guess is that they are not interchangeable.
