T5 Pedal Travel Question

I have a T5 behind my small block. The problem I have is I must push the pedal almost all the way to the floor to get the clutch to disengage. Is this common? Can an adjustment be made? I bled the system well but the problem still exists. I would like it to disengage half way through the travel to facilitate a quicker shift. Right now I have a short throw shifter but I'm slow because of the pedal travel.

Leaks? Worn clutch? There is no adjustment on the stock T5 setup. If you need a new master or slave I have both I only used for test purposes. I ended up with a Mcleod master cylinder & hyd TO bearing.
